◎ 關於法治國律師事務所 About the Rechtsstaat Law Firm
「法治國」（Rechtsstaat）一詞源自於德文，是由「Recht」（法）及「Staat」（國家）二字組成，意思是「由法律控制的國家」。
本所名稱【法治國™】及外文【Rechtsstaat™】已經在2005年6月1日取得經濟部智慧財產局第01157105號註冊商標，另【RS及盾牌圖形™】（如上方）亦已於2006年2月1日取得第01195245號註冊商標。
The word "Rechtsstaat" comes from German, combined of the word "Recht" (law) and "Staat" (state). It means "a state controlled by law".
The Chinese name "法治國" and German name "Rechtsstaat" have been registered and granted the Trademark No. 01157105 by the authority in Taiwan on June 1, 2005. And, the RS mark (as shown above) has been registered and granted the Trademark No. 01195245, too.
◎ 本所設立之宗旨 The Goals of Our Law Firm
法治國律師事務所成立的宗旨有三：
- 為一般企業及民眾提供在地的全方位法律服務，從中英文審約、契約撰擬、陪同談判、一般工商法律諮詢、訴訟前的規劃等，到法院的訴訟代理、刑事辯護，讓企業在園區就可以得到完整的法律服務，直接與世界接軌，也讓企業及民眾的權利得以伸張。
- 將歐洲精緻的法律文化帶入台灣，讓台灣的法治發展能有人文及文化的根基。
- 積極參與台灣的法治化活動，為台灣法治化的進程，貢獻一份心力。
Goals of Rechtsstaat Law Firm:
- To provide enterprises and individuals legal services of all aspects in the neighborhood, from Chinese/English contracts reviewing, domestic/ international Chinese /English contracts drafting, general commercial legal consultation, commercial disputes negotiation, legal advices before a trial. We hope to let the enterprises and individuals get the complete legal services just in FECP, and also make you be able to connect to the world directly in FECP.
- To bring dedicate legal culture of Europe into Taiwan to set cultural base of our own in the legal development.
- To contribute to the process of ruling of law in Taiwan.

除了傳統的民事及刑事訴訟外，本所具備豐富的商務法律服務經驗，提供企業全方位的法律服務，包含一般法律諮詢、中、英文審約、中英文契約草擬、商務談判、商務糾紛處理、智慧財產權糾紛處理等，另提供專業之行政訴訟及聲請大法官解釋等公法方面的法律服務。
We not only offer traditional civil and criminal litigation, but also have experience in commercial laws such as general legal consultation、Chinese/English contracts reviewing、domestic/ international Chinese /English contracts drafting、commercial disputes negotiation and resolution、trademark、patent and copyright dispute resolutions, etc.
We also offer professional service about administrational law especially in taxation, and also constitutional law.

- 處理民事（公司法案件、勞資糾紛案件、家事案件、繼承案件、土地糾紛案件、投資開發糾紛案件、票據案件、海商案件、保險案件等）、刑事及行政訴訟（商標異議、商標侵權、仿冒、專利侵害、國家賠償等）案件。
- 提供法律諮詢，協助顧問客戶處理公司之法律事務，以及各類契約之撰擬及審查。
2002遠東聯合法律事務所律師（Associate, Far East Law Office）
- 處理民事、刑事及行政訴訟案件。
- 提供法律諮詢，協助顧問客戶處理公司之法律事務，以及各類契約之撰擬及審查。
- 多次協助並代理多家票券金融公司與財政部台北市國稅局「前手息」等爭議之行政救濟程序，並獲得勝訴判決。
